Our Clinic
Lydiard Chiropractic (formerly the Mill Street Chiropractic Centre) came into being in December, 2011, when the practice was moved from Mill Street, Lake Wendouree, to Lydiard Street, North Ballarat.
We adopted the name of our Street - Lydiard - which is named after Mr Charles John Pitfield Lydiard, the Goldfields Commissioner in Ballarat from 1851 - 1854 during the early goldrush days. He was one of the first policemen to be stationed at Ballarat and he was officer-in-charge of the police who convoyed gold from Ballarat to Melbourne.

You can find us at 1002 Lydiard Street North, Ballarat, on the north-west corner of Lydiard and Walker Streets.
The Building
The building was originally a private residence, and then a medical centre for over 40 years before being purchased by the current owner who has refurbished it to suit the needs of a multidisciplinary health centre.
The clinic offers natural and alternative therapies to the public, and with its team of health care practitioners it currently provides chiropractic, Chiron Healing® and myotherapy services to the Ballarat community.

Public Transport
You may travel to our clinic via the No.10 or No.13 bus routes along Lydiard Street to the Walker Street corner. If approaching from the south, get off at Walker Street and cross the road to the clinic. If approaching from the north, there is a bus stop four houses away from our front entrance in Lydiard Street.
Need to call a taxi home? Just ask one of our friendly staff who will be happy to order a cab for you.
Parking
There is free car parking along Walker Street immediately outside the clinic on both sides of the street. Patient car parking is also available at the rear of the clinic. Please enter via Walker Street.
